Quassy- Trip Photos
On August 9th, 2017, we visited Quassy Amusement Park in Middlebury, CT.
Here you can see my photos and read my comments on the rides!
Wooden Warrior
This compact Gravity Group wooden coaster is still running pretty well. A little bit shaky, but the air time is still amazing. I bet in a few years, it will need some more retracking.
Flat Rides
The Pirate Ship runs a long cycle and has some nice airtime.
The Paratrooper provides a great view of the lake, and has a very long ride cycle. Such a classic ride!
Frantic is one of the craziest rides in the park! The inversions are great, and at times provide very cool sensations due to the seats spinning.
Music Fest travels both forwards and backwards! Tons of fun!
No park is complete without Bumper Cars!
The YoYo Swings are very thrilling, and such a classic!
New For 2017
Up, Up, and Away & Skippers Clippers were new family rides added for 2017
So was the candy shop, complete with a taffy maker!
Splash Away Bay
Great water park! Loved all of the great ProSlide Attractions! Can't wait to try out the new slides next summer!
Thanks for reading! I had a great day at Quassy! They have a great mix of family and thrill rides, along with classic attractions and new cutting edge machinery! Check them out!

Thanks for posting. Wooden Warrior is running great in its 7th season. Mostly due to the Timberliner, we have had to due virtually no track work except for tightening of bolts as part of regular maintenance. This train does not beat up the track and we have been very pleased with its performance. Hope to see you again soon.
