Universal Orlando: The Attractions of Universal Studios Florida
Universal Studios Florida is one of two parks currently operating at Universal Orlando Resort. The park is home to many themed areas, along with 4 roller coasters..
The first themed area is Production Central. This area is home to Despicable Me: Minion Mayhem, Shrek-4D, Transformers: The Ride, and Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit.

Shrek-4D is a motion simulator attraction, which brings riders on a journey with their favorite Shrek characters. It is a really fun attraction for all ages.

Despicable Me: Minion Mayhem is also a motion simulator, similar to Shrek. I've only ridden it once, and really don't like it. I found it to be quite boring. It's perfect for kids, though.
Transformers is an indoor dark ride which utilizes the same ride system as
The Amazing Adventures Of Spiderman. It's an ok ride. I prefer Spiderman, as it flows better and has more physical sets. The building itself is an eyesore. It kills the look of the area.
Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit is the sole roller coaster in this section of the park. It's a Maurer Sohne X-Car Music model. The ride is fine, and it looks pretty cool. The unique feature is that riders can choose their music via a touch screen on the lap bar, and then purchase a reverse POV after the ride. The rides Non-Inverting loop is also a very cool element.
This ride has a few cons too. It is rough. Like, really rough. It is a lapbar only restraint system, which would lead you to think you'll have a smooth ride. That's not the case. It feels as if every section of track is a pothole. The second car shows this the most, but the front isn't smooth as glass either.
I also don't understand the first drop. They chose to to a vertical lift, but the drop is nowhere close to vertical. Also, just like Hulk and Dragon Challenge, riders must go through a TSA style metal detector before boarding. The ride also has a whopping 5 Mid-Course Brake Runs. That is ridiculous.
The New York Area is home to Revenge of the Mummy, an indoor roller coaster by Premier Rides. You can check out more info on the Mummy Here!
This area is also home to the new attraction Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon, which will be a Flying Theater Attraction.
The San Francisco/ Los Angeles area will be home to Fast and The Furious: Supercharged, another screen based attraction, which is slated to open in 2018.
London/Diagon Alley is the second part of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. It is home to an indoor Intamin launch coaster named Harry Potter and the Escape From Gringotts. You can check out Diagon Alley Here!
Up next is World Expo. This area is home to Men in Black Alien Attack, along with Springfield, a Simpsons themed subsection.
Men in Black is a shooting dark ride, filled with physical sets that riders must shoot at.
Springfield is home to The Simpsons Ride and Kang and Kudos' Twirl 'n' Hurl.
The Simpsons Ride is an indoor simulator themed to Sideshow Bob trying to destroy Krustyland. It uses the same ride system that Back To The Future used.
While I don't have a photo, Kang and Kudos' Twirl 'n' Hurl is a Zamperla Aerial Carousel ride, themed to the aliens from the TV show.
Springfield also has many Simpson themed restaurants, such as Lard Lad Donuts, Krusty Burger, Moes Tavern, and more!
The next area is Woody Woodpecker's Kid Zone. This area is perfect for kids and has a junior roller coaster, a playground, and E.T. Adventure. In my opinion, E.T. is the only attraction worth riding in this area. It is a classic ride themed to the classic Spielberg movie.

The final area is Hollywood. This area does not have any rides, but is home to a 3D showing of Terminator 2, and a horror makeup show. Guests can also walk down the Hollywood Walk of Fame and eat at Mels Drive In.
In my opinion, the CAN'T MISS attractions at Universal Studios Florida are:
Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit
Revenge of the Mummy
Harry Potter and The Escape From Gringotts
Men in Black Alien Attack
The Simpsons Ride
E.T. Adventure
I believe that these are the rides that nobody should miss if they visit this park.
Thanks for reading!
