10. Thunderbolt
Thunderbolt is a classic wooden roller coaster located right at the end of Main Street at Six Flags New England. Mild enough for families, and those young thrill seekers just starting off, but also provides thrills to even the biggest adrenaline junkies! This ride is offered on Six Flags' The Flash Pass!
Fun Fact! Thunderbolt was originally called The Cyclone, until The Riverside Cyclone, now Wicked Cyclone, opened in 1983!
9. Mind Eraser
This Vekoma SLC holds true to its name! Mind Eraser has riders sitting below the track, traversing through its twisted, inversion filled layout. While this ride might have its jerks and bumps, the intense layout makes up for it! This ride is offered on Six Flags' The Flash Pass!
Fun Fact! Mind Eraser was the final coaster added to Riverside Park before it became Six Flags New England!

7. Houdini- The Great Escape
Houdini is one of the most unique attractions at Six Flags New England. This Vekoma Madhouse will leave you disoriented and confused. Themed to the escape artist Harry Houdini, riders will witness his most advanced illusion yet! This ride is perfect for those hot days, as it has AC, but also has heat for those cold, rainy days! This ride does not operate during Six Flags Fright Fest. Instead, the Midnight Mansion Haunt takes over its building.
Fun Fact! Six Flags Great Adventure, in Jackson New Jersey has a similar installation of this ride!
6. Pandemonium
The name says it all! This Gerstlauer Spinning Coaster is crazy! Its 4 person car and 42'' height requirement makes it absolutely perfect for the whole family! Depending on the weight distribution, your ride on Pandemonium can range from Mild to Wild! Be sure to ride multiple times, as Pandemonium is a different ride every time! During Fright Fest, the ride is known as Zombie Coaster, and is enhanced with a dizzying light show! This ride is offered on Six Flags' The Flash Pass.
Fun Fact! Pandemonium is the first of Five spinning coaster installations in the Six Flags Chain. The ride was originally themed to Mr. Six!
5. Batman- The Dark Knight
Batman is the only Bolliger & Mabillard Coaster in the Northeast. This ride has everything for a great looping coaster. Not only does Batman have some great inversions, 5 to be exact, but the ride is also fast, forceful, and very smooth! Also, on Batman- The Dark Knight, you travel through Gotham with NO FLOORS! This ride is offered of Six Flags' The Flash Pass.
Fun Fact! Batman- The Dark Knight was originally supposed to be larger, but was scaled down before it was manufactured.
4. Goliath
This ride towers over the midway at Six Flags New England. Goliath is a Vekoma Giant Inverted Boomerang. This coaster pulls riders back 190 feet, vertical, with nothing below them. Once released, riders soar through 3 inversions, a cobra roll and a vertical loop, before climbing yet another vertical lift. This time, once the train reaches the top, Goliath repeats all of its elements. Backwards. This ride is breathtaking! Goliath is offered on Six Flags' The Flash Pass.
Fun Fact! Goliath originally operated as Deja Vu at Six Flags Magic Mountain until 2011!
3. New England Sky Screamer
This is the Worlds Tallest Swing Ride. The tower itself is over 400 feet tall! Riders get spun at 35mph high above Six Flags New England, while music is playing to amplify the experience. If this isn't crazy enough for you, the park runs the attraction BACKWARDS during Fright Fest! This ride is offered on Six Flags' The Flash Pass.
Fun Fact! While the ride is marketed as The Worlds Tallest Swing Ride, Six Flags New England has never announced the exact height of the ride!
2. Wicked Cyclone
The Top Two rides on this list are both amazing. Wicked Cyclone is an amazing RMC Hybrid Coaster with 3 inversions and outstanding airtime! The ride also features a 48" height requirement, making it perfect for those ready to try out their first " Big Coaster ". Six Flags New England also did a great job theming this coaster. In addition to physical props all around the ride, the park also filmed very cool queue and station videos, which exemplify the theme! This ride is offered on Six Flags' The Flash Pass.
Fun Fact! Wicked Cyclone was built using the structure of the former Cyclone Wooden Coaster!
1. Superman The Ride
Superman The Ride is a 208 Foot Intamin Hyper Coaster which is located directly next to the Connecticut River. The ride features 8 Ejector Air Time hills, all which provide sustained Air Time. The coaster also has an amazing Spaghetti-Bowl Double Helix, along with two mist filled tunnels. Superman The Ride provides the ultimate thrill to adrenaline junkies! The ride is also quite smooth, especially once you realize it's almost 20 years old! Superman is my favorite attraction at Six Flags New England! This ride is offered on Six Flags' The Flash Pass.
Fun Fact! Superman The Ride has been known by two other names. Superman: Ride of Steel (2000-2008) and Bizarro (2009-2015)
