Holiday Lights @ Lake Compounce

For the first time, I visited the Holiday Lights event at Lake Compounce, in Bristol, CT. This event features many light displays and family attractions! The park has rides open in Kiddieland, along with Zoomers Gas 'n Go, Bumper Cars, American Flyers, Twister, and the Carousel. In the Dino Expedition attraction, the park has lights synchronized with music! The parks Pirate Ship was all decked out with lights! The SKYCOASTER also has lights hanging from it. Phobia was all lit up, but sadly not in operation. There are very many outdoor fire pits. The carousel looks great! The Starlight Theater is all decked out with props and even Santa Claus!  The parks train brings you around many great displays! The entrance plaza looks great with the huge tree! Holiday Lights is a great event! Perfect for families. I totally recommend checking it out! The 2017 Projects In 2017 Lake Compounce will be doing t

Here at New England Coaster News, we have much to be thankful for. Over the past few months, we have grown slowly but surely, and I would like to thank everyone who reads our posts and likes our Facebook Page.  I am also very thankful for all of the wonderful parks who have agreed to do Q&A sessions with us! It means a lot to us when a park speaks with us, and it is great to hear from people in the industry! Our Interview with Jerry Brick was our first ever video special! Mr.Brick will answer any question regarding Lake Compounce and includes enthusiasts everywhere he can! It is great to have somebody like him running a park so close to us! Our Q&A with Jen McGrath  back in September was the first one that we did. I have met Jen on multiple occasions, and not only does she enjoy speaking with coaster enthusiasts, she really does care about Six Flags New England and the experience they provide! And not forgetting our great Q&A's with other parks: D
