Top 5 Attractions I'm Looking Forward To At Disney California Adventure
Disney California Adventure opened in 2001 as the adult companion to Disneyland. This park featured more thrilling attractions not found next door. This looks like one of the oddest Disney parks out there, and I am ecstatic to be visiting it in June. Here is my top 5 countdown of attractions I'm most excited for at Disney California Adventure!
5. Grizzly River Run
I absolutely love water rides, and Grizzly River Run looks as it incorporates that great Disney theming into a soaking rapids experience. This ride looks to be longer than most rapids style rides, and I am extremely excited to experience it!
4. Mickey's Fun Wheel
I have never been on a swinging, Wonder Wheel style Ferris Wheel, so Mickey's Fun Wheel will be a totally new experience for me. I can only imagine the views of Paradise Bay from atop the ride, and cannot wait to try out the swinging cars!
3. Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout
Let me start by saying that Tower of Terror is one of my favorite rides in all of Orlando, so I'm a little bummed to be missing it's California counterpart. With that being said, Guardians of the Galaxy, which uses Tower of Terror's ride system, looks incredible. It is the perfect ride system for a fast paced, and well themed ride, and I am super excited to experience it!
2. Radiator Springs Racers
I am very excited to try out this attraction, as I love both the ride system of Test Track at Epcot, along with the theme of the Cars franchise. The attraction looks beautifully themed and very immersive. I have been on Test Track, which utilizes a similar ride system, and absolutely loved it, so there is no doubt in my mind that I won't enjoy Radiator Springs Racers!
1. Incredicoaster
The Incredicoaster looks to be one of the most thrilling coasters in any Disney park. It's manufactured by Intamin, one of my favorite manufacturers, and will reopen with a brand new theme. It looks to be a long ride, and the new Incredibles theme is sure to make the ride more immersive than ever!
This has been my top 5 DCA countdown! Let me know what you think in the comments!
