Canobie Lake Park: Report and Photos

Image
On Sunday, July 23rd, I took my first ever visit to Canobie Lake Park. This park is located in Salem, New Hampshire. The park is home to four coasters, along with many great flat rides! Before I get into the rides, I just want to mention how clean the park was. Not once did I notice trash on the ground, and the bathrooms were impeccable! The park also had tons of seating and shade, which was great for those who were waiting for people on the rides. The park is also full of unique charm, as you can see by the popcorn stand. It looks straight out of Roller Coaster Tycoon! Turkish Twist Let's get started on the rides with Turkish Twist. This is a rotor style flat ride. These are some of my favorite flat rides, and they're quite rare. This one was a ton of fun, and it's always a thrilling moment when the floor drops. It was quite a dizzying experience! Psycho-Drome Psycho-Drome is an indoor Scrambler. This was a ton of fun. The already dizzying experien

What is DC Superhero Adventures @ Six Flags New England

DC Superhero Adventures is a themed area at Six Flags New England. It is located at the back of the park, directly next to the Connecticut River.  This area houses four rides, one restaurant, two gift shops, and an interactive Hall of Justice experience. The largest and most popular attraction is Superman The Ride, Formerly Superman: Ride of Steel and Bizarro. This Intamin Hypercoaster has won the title of World's Best Steel Coaster multiple times! You can learn more about this coaster here! Another coaster in this area is Gotham City Gauntlet: Escape From Arkham Asylum. This family friendly Wild Mouse coaster was added in 2011, after being moved from Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom. This ride is uniquely themed to Gotham City Transit, with each car representing a different villain from Gotham. This is a great coaster for thrill seekers in training. Catwoman's Whip is the third coaster in this section of the park. This is a family coaster from Zierer. It's p

Six Flags Great Adventure Photos

Recently, I took my third ever trip to Six Flags Great Adventure, located in Jackson, New Jersey. I absolutely love this Six Flags Park, as it's home to many amazing rides, such as El Toro, Kingda Ka, Bizarro, Zumanjaro, and more! Now on to the pictures! The Joker: 4D Free Fly Coaster More or less the same as the Free Spin at Six Flags New England. Fun and intense, but could be improved with more flips. I really like the magnetic fins on the lift hill. Batman The Ride The Batman clones are always great rides, and this one is no different. Bizarro and Log Ride Bizarro is always great. This is my favorite floorless coaster so far. The mist and fire were both working on this visit, which made the ride even more memorable. The Log Ride was not open during  this visit. Nitro and Skull Mountain Both are fun rides. Nitro has a great drop, but my ride was a little rough compared to my other rides, and I wish the airtime was
